We are able to provide fully furnished and serviced office space, from a 2 person office to larger office suites. Phase 1 Up to 150 workstations available over 3 floors. There are meeting facilities on site also available on demand. The building is accessible 24-hours per day 7-days per week. Space can be let on a licence agreement for a minimum period of one month, with terms up to three years. Meeting facilities are available on site as are virtual office and telephone answering facilities. This is a new building and hence good availability, Opening August 2008.
