The centre, a Grade II listed building, is a converted church situated in the centre of the award winning Hulme Park. It holds 21 workspace units ranging from 84 to 700 sq ft with a reception service. Two of the units have been recently converted into training rooms holding up to 20 workstations each. All units are individually monitored and are fitted with internet, telephone and power points. The letting contracts can range from 3 months to 2 years.
