We are in the process of refurbishing this beautiful building set in 10 acres of parkland and gardens. The building will be ready for occupation in July 2008.
The property is a lovely eighteenth century building set beside the river Mole to the south of the town.The impressive entrance hall leads through to many beautiful rooms over three floors with high ceilings and generous proportions. The offices will have a very exclusive "site only use" cafe that will be a focal point for the centre. The café will provide high quality food in relaxed lounge seating and also provide clients with the benefit of an on-sight catering service for meetings or for general office delivery throughout the day. Thorncorft Manor car park backs onto the Leatherhead Leisure Centre with all the facilities it offers (swimming pool and gymnasium). We offer an "All Inclusive Package" which means there will be no hidden extras. We include meeting room time (subject to availability) and tea and coffee as well as on site parking at no extra charge. As usual furniture, heat, light, power, rates and daily office cleaning are all included within the fixed price. We do not have any setup fees, the price we agree on will be the only fee the client will pay.
