This business centre has been developed as an environmentally friendly centre using low energy, passive ventilated cooling systems, motion sensitive lighting and water saving devices throughout. The centre has also been equipped with the latest intruder, access, CCTV, and fire systems to make sure every client moving in does so with the minimum of interruption to their business.
The Centre caters for 260 workstations and provides the latest telephone and IT systems that are expected in today’s business environment. It also provides secure free car parking and every client in the centre can enjoy 24-hour access to his or her office. A full time receptionist is provided to answer incoming telephone calls, meet visitors and provide daily collection and distribution of mail and parcels. There are two lifts, a breakout area and meeting room for up to 16 delegates available as well.
As well as offices within the centre, Riverside Court can also offer virtual office services ranging from an individual postal address to providing an IP telephone to take home (providing you already have a broadband line installed at home). This will enable the receptionist at Riverside Court to answer telephone calls in your company name and then forward to your home office, voicemail or mobile - ideal for the home office or salesperson out on the road.
