The new serviced office business centre opened in Wakefield by UK office space company UBC has signed its first client in a deal through commercial agent Sanderson Weatherall. Financial Serviced company Alexander Forbes has taken what UBC Area Manager Richard Johnson has described as “substantial space” at the new Wakefield centre, located at Calder Park.
Commercial Agent Jonathon White at Sanderson Weatherall said: “Alexander Forbes needed modern high quality space on flexible terms at a well-connected address in Yorkshire to continue their expansion into the North of England.
