United Business Centres have signed an agreement with property developers Gladman Developments to open new serviced offices across the country. The move will see United move into Gladman’s new high quality office accommodation, specifically their G10K buildings which provide 10,000 sq ft of floor space within detached three storey buildings.
Managing Director of United Philip Grace commented: “This is an exciting development for UBC at a time of rapid expansion for the company. The partnership with Gladman Developments, an established, respected market leader in commercial property, further strengthens UBC’s position as one of the fastest growing serviced office providers in the country.”
Gladman have built a reputation for building high quality office space and warehouse / distribution facilities speculatively, their sites comprise different size buildings located on one business park which are completed within months. Director of Gladman Developments David Gladman said of the project “This joint venture with UBC will provide us with a number of business incubators, allowing occupiers an easy entry level to our office developments, from where we hope they will prosper and grow into the larger office units on the same scheme. The meeting and conferencing facilities on offer at the new centres will also enhance the range of services available to other occupiers.”
