United Business Centres (UBC) are set to open a second serviced office in Milton Keynes. Following a deal completed with Greg Heywood the new centre will be based at Media House, Crownhill light industry and office estate on Presley Way with UBC occupying the entire building. Fit out of the new 9,600 sq ft offices has already begun and it is expected to open for business within a few weeks.
Philip Grace, UBC Managing Director, commented: “We have been looking for a second location in Milton Keynes to complement our existing head office location in Midsummer Boulevard. The Crownhill site provides everything we are looking for: excellent location, transport links and private parking with the ability to convert the entire building to serviced office space.
Businesses in Milton Keynes have had to choose between city-centre, high-price premium office-space with no free parking or out of town developments. UBC Crownhill adds a new dimension to the mix of office space on offer in the city, providing prestigious premises with private parking in a central location at affordable prices and on flexible terms.”
Greg Heywood added: “The serviced office market has continued to grow not only in Milton Keynes, but across the UK. This new joint venture with UBC gives us a foothold in the market whilst providing entry level access to our developments for smaller businesses.”
