United Business Centres (UBC) have confirmed that Karen Thomas has been appointed centre manager at it’s Coventry centre. Karen, who was Centre Manager for Chrysalis Business Centres when UBC acquired the business in February this year, will be responsible for the overall running of the offices at Tower Court and has been working in the serviced office industry for a number of years now. Commenting on the role Karen said “What is important to me is transparency and integrity.
UBC has made a huge investment to this centre and there has been substantial transformation of the offices in the short time since they have taken over; I believe UBC has a superb product and provides excellent customer service”. Phillip Grace, Managing Director of UBC added “We are delighted that we have Karen on board as Centre Manager for Coventry. I am confident her knowledge of the local market and business centre experience will be hugely beneficial in the successful running of the Coventry office”.
