United Business Centres plc (UBC) have appointed Tim Jackson-Waite as head of Business Centre Operations within the UK. Tim, formerly Managing Director with Oakhill a property company specialising in Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Letting Agents, will take on this newly created role to support the company’s rapid expansion across the UK. With over twelve years experience in estate agency, Tim has a wealth of knowledge in the property market.
Commenting on the move, Tim said “Over the next six months my main focus will be concentrating on bringing on the right personnel, maximising revenue and consolidating processes as UBC grows. I intend to fully embrace my role and look forward to the challenge.” Philip Grace, Managing Director at United Business Centres added: “We are delighted that we have Tim on board. Tim brings a dynamic and fast moving pace to the business which will suit the company well. His knowledge and experience in property sales will benefit UBC hugely and his plans for improving processes and implementing new procedures are going to be advantageous for the company”.
