The Works Business Centres Ltd, independent provider of serviced offices in central Manchester, have launched their new website as they seek to take advantage of the growing success of direct on-line enquiries. Year to date, leads from on-line office agents to The Works have made up the majority of all enquiries but by far the most successful lead source has been the company’s own website with a leads to sales ratio of over 30%.
“Although lead numbers from our old site were relatively small compared to other sources, the conversion rates have been excellent”, commented Sales Manager John Nash. “We have set out to increase these lead numbers and subsequent sales with a new site that more accurately reflects the company, our offices, and our approach to customers.” The Works recognise the importance of attracting leads from a variety of sources with John adding “over the last year, leads from on-line office agents have increased dramatically and we will continue to work closely with these companies as we seek to build occupancy in Manchester and grow the company in the North West.”
