Colin Peacock the MD of Stonemartin has resigned from the company. The move follows on from news that the company has put it’s acquisitions programme on hold for the “short to medium term”. The business will now be managed by the sales and marketing director Tim Worboys and chief operating officer Graham Ede.
Stonemartin currently operate four business centres in the UK; Birmingham, London, Manchester & Reading
The serviced office market in Reading saw an increase in business that meant that in 2007 it had it’s best year since 2001. More than 127,000 sq ft of office space was leased last year in the city and is set to increase this year, Bill Gornall-King, president of Reading Chamber of Commerce, said “I think this is another sign of growing confidence in the area”.
