Avanta Continues Indian Expansion

UK Serviced office operator Avanta has completed the next phase of its expansion drive into India by signing a leasehold on a flagship building in Mumbai.

Avanta To Open Two New Serviced Offices In India

Avanta have signed the leases on two new serviced offices in India, one in Delhi and one in Mumbai. The new offices in Delhi are within one the city’s most iconic buildings, Statesman House, which is located within the business district Connaught Place. The new Mumbai business centre can be found next to the stock exchange in Fort. This has been one of the first projects undertaken by Sean Morgan who has recently become Managing Director of Middle East and India for Avanta.
