Bruntwood Start To Refurbish Serviced Offices In Leeds

Bruntwood have started work on a major refurbishment of one of their business centres in Leeds. 14 King Street was purchased last year and is the company’s fourth in the city, the work will comprise new office space, washrooms, common parts and a new reception area that will front onto King Street. Located in the city centre and close to the station, this 39,000 sq ft building will be ready for occupation in October 2008.

Leeds Office Space Hat Trick For Bizspace

Office space provider Bizspace have acquired three new business centres in Leeds. The new centres have office space that ranges from 100 sq ft to 8,500 sq ft and are all close to the city centre. The company has seen growth of more than 100% in the number of properties they have over the last eighteen months and now have more than 100 buildings to their name. Andy Holland, Bizspace’s Regional Manager, commented “Our centre’s provide businesses, both large and small, with easy-access to quality workspace available on flexible terms and it enables those that want to relocate or start up business in the Leeds area to enjoy the benefits of a professional working environment”.

Bruntwood Aims For Expansion

Bruntwood, the office space provider, are aiming for an increase in the number of serviced office workstations that they provide. They currently have 1500 workstations in the north of England and by 2009 they plan to increase that number to 2200. The new offices will build on their knowledge of the northern business market. Bruntwood currently have business centres in Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester.
