Serviced Office Blog

Work has started on new serviced offices in Hexham, Northumberland. The project which has been designed by and is being run by Property Design Matters Ltd is due for completion in 2009. This is the second phase of development at Beaufront Park and will provide a further 25,000 sq ft of offices with 4,000 sq ft of those being serviced. Chairman of Property Design  Gordon Currie commented on the project, There’ll be nothing else quite like it in the Tyne Valley. Tenants will be able to rent everything, including telephones, desks and reception services.”
