Abbey Business Centres have announced that they are to open a new Serviced Office in London. The new centre, their 14th to date, will be situated directly above Victoria train station and will have space for between 1 and 250 workstations. Benefits of this new centre include a business lounge, meeting and boardrooms and a Sky-Lounge coffee shop and restaurant. Due to open in spring 2008, this new centre should prove popular due to it’s unique position and unrivalled transport links.
Less than a year after taking office space in The Gherkin, St Mary Axe, Abbey Business Centres have announced that they are currently running at 95% occupancy. The 28,000 sq ft of space on the 28 and 29thfloors of the landmark building have offices from eight workstations up to fifty. “Our aim was to reach 65% occupancy by the start of 2008 and so we are obviously delighted to have smashed targets” remarked Abbey’s Sales Manager, Jason Mayhead.
