Sir Stelios Hajiloannou has accused Regus of not complying with corporate governance rules and has written to the UK Shareholders Association to highlight his concerns. Sir Stelios claims that only two out of seven directors could be classed as independent and wants action to be taken against the serviced office provider. Despite the potential problems, Regus have announced that revenues for the first four months of the year are up by 24% to £334.5m with workstations up by 5.2% to 149,974 compared with the same period in 2007.
