Regus are set to open a new serviced office in New Orleans. The new 25,000 sq ft business centre will be their first in the city and will provide local businesses with furnished office accommodation on flexible terms. Located on the 25th floor of the Place Saint Charles Building in downtown New Orleans, Regus will be offering 65 offices, two conference rooms and coming soon a video-conferencing suite. Commenting on the new property Michael Berretta, Vice President of Business Development for Regus said “New Orleans is one of the few major markets in which we didn’t have a presence, so when the opportunity to acquire a business centre in such a high profile building presented itself we immediately  seized the opportunity.”
