Bruntwood have purchased the 115,000 sq ft McLaren office building in Birmingham. The latest addition to their portfolio, already half occupied, is due for a £7m refurbishment to bring it up to date ready for tenants to move in during the Autumn. Commenting on the new office block Neal Biddle said “With experience of similar schemes in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds we’re confident that, under Bruntwood’s ownership, people’s perceptions of the building quickly change”.
