Avanta have opened a new business centre in a former mill in Manchester. Situated in the Ancoats area of the city, Royal Mills was built between 1798 and 1806 and has now been converted into office space, residential flats and there are plans for a boutique hotel on the same site. The listed building has managed to retain many original features that include exposed brickwork, whilst at the same time modern features such as wi-fi have been installed.
