United Business Centres (UBC) plc announced today that software firm Nexus Technology is the first company to take space at UBC Fleet, recently opened at Sentinel House on Ancells Business Park. The

Reading has something for everyone when it comes to serviced office space, from town centre to rural Woodley, there’s a serviced office to suite all companies of all sizes and industry.
Starting in the town centre which arguably gets the most amount of enquiries, that is until companies start asking for parking which normally leads them to one of the business parks whether Green Park or Thames Valley Park. Two serviced office operators smack bang in the middle of town are BEG and Regus. Regus have the beautiful Fordbury Square (the old Stonemartin building) whilst BEG has some of the best value office space in the centre of Reading. UK Serviced office operator Avanta has completed the next phase of its expansion drive into India by signing a leasehold on a flagship building in Mumbai.

The deal sees UBC clients and associated businesses enjoy the same benefits and rates as larger corporate entities, thanks to the group buying power of the UBC network. The new packages will be
particularly beneficial to SMEs, accounting for a significant proportion of UBC?s client portfolio. In addition to tariff analysis and lower monthly rental rates, Ethos Voice And Data (EVAD) will offer a range of services, including multi network packages, reduced rates for international / roaming calls, Blackberry/Windows 6 applications and roaming charges and a free 30-day Blackberry trial. Avanta has announced that is to open a new business centre in Ealing Broadway. The new centre is due to open in September and will provide 16,700 sq ft of office space spread over four floors in West London. Avanta are expanding rapidly and this new centre will be their fifth to open in 2008. A spokesman for Avanta said “This is the latest milestone in the company’s on-going growth strategy to roll out the Avanta brand nationwide. We are in the market for buildings in the right location where there is strong demand for flexible, competitively priced, serviced office facilities”.
