Greenspan Products Ltd has been distributing cost effective and eco-friendly products to the Irish construction industry since 1999. Greenspan has tripled in size in the last three years and therefore saw the need to move into the UK market, opening their office at Concorde House, Birmingham. Avanta have launched their latest serviced offices in the City of London. Located in the heart of the City in Austin Friars the new 55,000 sq ft offices adds to Avanta’s total to eleven serviced offices in the UK with over 380,000 sq ft of space being managed by the company.
