Regus have announced that they are going to open a new serviced office in New York. The new 40,000 sq ft office space will be located in the Paramount Building and will occupy the entire 12th floor. This new business centre will take the total number of offices that Regus run to nineteen when the fit out is completed later this year.

Regus are sponsoring the Small Business award at the Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards 2008. The awards, which will be presented on 20th November by the former Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett MP, are open to small businesses with a turnover of up to £3 million and are at least two years old. Regus have taken 12,000 sq ft of office space in Pittsburgh, their third centre in the city. The new business centre in the Penn Center East complex offers clients the choice of 33 offices, 3 conference rooms and a wi-fi enabled business lounge. United Business Centres (UBC) have announced a deal with Real Estate Investors (REI) to open a new serviced office in Bromsgrove. UBC and the West Bromwich-based property investment company are to set up the new business centre at Bruntsford Gate Business Park in Bromsgrove. The office space will be located in Avon House and will occupy 7,223sq ft on the second floor of the building with refurbishment already underway and UBC Bromsgrove is expected to be open for business within a few weeks.

Avanta have signed the leases on two new serviced offices in India, one in Delhi and one in Mumbai.
