Evans Easyspace have ambitious plans to open ten new Serviced Offices in 2008. The £30m, 300,000 sqft programme will see the new centres spread throughout England and Scotland and for the first time an office will be opened in Wales. The expansion will go as far south as Kent and despite the economic slowdown for some businesses, Evans saw an increase in lettings of 46% in 2007 compared with the previous year.

United Business Centres have announced plans to open a new serviced office adjacent to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport.
