The serviced office provider Bruntwood have announced that they are sponsoring Go Superlambanana as part of Liverpool’s 2008 Capital of Culture event. The Superlambanana, half lamb half banana sculpture, was originally conceived by Japanese artist Tara Chiezo to warn against the dangers of genetically modified food but is now going to be seen all over the city. In June the superlambanas will be all over Liverpool, including some 1.8m high specimens that will have been transformed by celebrities, artists and local residents.

They look cool, how long before uni students have them in their front rooms?
I’d have one rather than road cones!
