Avanta has acquired a 51,000 sq ft property helping to grow its existing portfolio of business centres. The building, on the A4 Bath Road, Heathrow, will be turned into a serviced office in April this year expanding their presence to the west of London.
Located between junctions 3 and 4 of the M4, and situated directly opposite the world’s busiest international airport, benefits from excellent public transport links such as the Heathrow Express and the Piccadilly Line underground services from Hatton Cross. Chief Executive David Alberto said: “There is increasing occupier demand in the market for unbranded, competitively priced, flexible business space, which we are well placed to satisfy with our growing portfolio of business centres”. He continued: “The location of Capital Place is perfectly situated on the doorstep of Heathrow Airport and transport links, and we are sure that there will be a strong demand for workspace from occupiers.”
