UK serviced office operator Avanta has established a new specialist team in India to facilitate the company’s ambitious expansion drive into this new market.
The London-based company has embarked on a major recruitment drive and has built a team of 20 full time people who will be based across Avanta’s new business centres in India.
Avanta has already established a reputation as one of the leading providers of serviced offices in the UK, with a network of business centres across London, the Thames Valley, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. The company embarked on its international expansion in India in June this year, signing leases on three buildings in Delhi and Mumbai. Further centres are expected to open soon.
Sean Morgan, who was Operations Director for Regus in its Asia Pacific Region and more recently looking after its India operations, has joined Avanta as Managing Director of Middle East and India. He will work closely alongside Chief Executive David Alberto, who has spent a year building relationships and developing opportunities in these new markets.
The team installed to promote and manage Avanta’s business centres in India and Middle East brings together a wealth of experience and knowledge of the market, combined with a strong track record in business and the corporate office sector.
The newly installed team spans a wide range of roles including sales, marketing, financial accounting and business centre management. The team will be developed with further recruits as Avanta expands further into India and the Middle East.
