Avanta have signed the leases on two new serviced offices in India, one in Delhi and one in Mumbai. The new offices in Delhi are within one the city’s most iconic buildings, Statesman House, which is located within the business district Connaught Place. The new Mumbai business centre can be found next to the stock exchange in Fort. This has been one of the first projects undertaken by Sean Morgan who has recently become Managing Director of Middle East and India for Avanta. David Alberto, Avanta’s Chief Executive commented “India is a huge growth economy and represents a fertile market place for Avanta to grow it’s business. There is tremendous interest from international occupiers, who are looking for better quality office space than the market can currently provide. It can also be a difficult place to establish a business, so a fully serviced office can be a big help”.
