Avanta have started preparations to redevelop a grade II listed building into serviced offices in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Called The Turquoise Buildings, the regeneration programme is being overseen by Manchester based architects Makin Architecture. Commenting on the project Andrew Burns, Managing Director at Makin said “Avanta plans to tap into the demand for flexible accommodation for media, art and design-based businesses within the Northern Quarter.” Avanta currently have a business centre in Manchester which is due to open soon, located within the Ancoats Urban Village the offices are just half a mile away from their latest project.
