Avanta have launched their latest serviced offices in the City of London. Located in the heart of the City in Austin Friars the new 55,000 sq ft offices adds to Avanta’s total to eleven serviced offices in the UK with over 380,000 sq ft of space being managed by the company. With space available from a two person office up to a 9,000 sq ft whole floor and with meeting rooms, an unbranded reception and wi-fi communal areas available, it is no surprise to learn that the building is already two thirds let.
